Associate Data Analyst

About the role

Sucafina is seeking an Associate Data Analyst to collect, prepare, analyze, and report data that supports decision‑making across the organization. The role involves building reliable dashboards, ensuring data quality, and delivering actionable insights to business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Extract, clean, transform, and validate data from internal systems and SQL‑based databases.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and automated KPI reports.
• Write SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and validation; support data modeling efforts.
• Collaborate with data engineers, senior analysts, and business teams to translate requirements into analytical outputs.
• Monitor dashboards for freshness, identify data‑quality issues, and coordinate resolutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, modeling)
• SQL (basic to intermediate)
• Power BI dashboard creation
• Basic knowledge of Python (advantage)
• Familiarity with data formats such as JSON, CSV, Excel
• Version control using Git
• Understanding of data modeling concepts
