Associate Data Analyst

About the role

The Associate Data Analyst will collect, prepare, analyze and report data to support decision‑making across the organization. Working closely with data engineers, senior analysts and business teams, the role focuses on building reliable dashboards, executing analyses and maintaining data quality.

Key responsibilities

• Extract, clean, transform and validate data from internal systems and SQL‑based databases.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, support KPI development and automate recurring reports.
• Write SQL queries for extraction, transformation and validation; collaborate with data engineering on dataset improvements.
• Work with business stakeholders to translate requirements into analytical outputs and present findings.
• Monitor dashboards for freshness, identify data‑quality issues and support continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking and communication abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to work under pressure and high autonomy.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, modeling).
• Basic to intermediate SQL skills; experience with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Experience building dashboards in Microsoft Power BI.
• Familiarity with data formats such as JSON and CSV.
• Basic exposure to Python, Git version control and Agile/Scrum workflows.
