Assistant Fashion Designer

About the role
We are looking for an Assistant Fashion Designer to join our atelier in Beirut. You will work closely with the design team to bring our handcrafted collections from concept sketches to finished garments, supporting every step of the creative process.
Key responsibilities
- Assist senior designers with sketching and developing seasonal concepts.
- Select fabrics and coordinate embroidery details for luxury pieces.
- Organise fittings, adjust garments, and communicate changes to pattern makers and seamstresses.
- Prepare technical specifications and documentation for production.
- Maintain mood boards, sample inventories, and contribute ideas for special projects.
Required profile
- Strong foundation in fashion design and an eye for detail.
- Experience with textiles, embroidery techniques, and fabric selection.
- Hands‑on ability to support garment fitting and adjustments.
- Comfort working on‑site in a small, artisan‑focused team.
