Art Director – Lead Creative Vision & Team

About the role

We are seeking a talented and visionary Art Director to shape our visual identity and lead the creative team. The role involves steering concept development across digital and offline channels while ensuring brand consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and oversee creative concepts, visual styles, and design directions for campaigns and brand projects.
• Lead, mentor and inspire designers, photographers, illustrators and other creative professionals.
• Maintain brand consistency across all materials and communication channels.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, content and production teams to deliver high‑quality creative output.
• Present creative ideas to clients and internal stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
• Supervise photoshoots, video productions and guide deliverables from concept through execution.
• Stay updated on design trends, industry standards and emerging visual techniques.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Creative Media or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a creative or art‑direction role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, advertising and digital design work.
• Proven leadership, communication and presentation abilities.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
