Art Director

About the role

We are seeking a conceptually strong and visually driven Art Director to transform strategic briefs into original, culturally relevant ideas for a Gen‑Z focused brand. The role spans 360‑degree campaigns across social, digital, content, and offline channels, balancing concept development with hands‑on execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop original creative concepts from strategic briefs, insights and audience understanding.
• Translate ideas into clear visual directions for integrated campaigns.
• Take projects from concept and visual exploration through final execution and delivery.
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, motion specialists, production and business teams.
• Create and adapt work for social, digital, film, content, print, OOH, activations and other formats.
• Produce high‑quality visual work with strong attention to typography, composition, imagery, colour and detail.
• Contribute to shoots and production through moodboards, visual references, treatments and storyboards.
• Present ideas to internal teams and clients, incorporating feedback constructively.
• Stay current on culture, design trends, technology and emerging formats relevant to Gen Z.
• Use AI‑powered creative tools to support ideation, visual exploration, storyboarding and production.

Required profile

• Strong conceptual thinking and visual storytelling ability.
• Excellent art direction and design sensibility with a keen eye for typography, composition, imagery and colour.
• Deep understanding of social‑first and digital‑first creative, and how ideas adapt across platforms.
• Awareness of cultural trends, consumer behaviour and emerging visual formats.
• Ability to receive direction, build on feedback and push work further.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with AI‑powered creative tools for ideation and production.
