Art Director

About the role

The Art Director will shape and drive the visual identity of client campaigns, translating strategic briefs into compelling creative concepts. Working closely with copywriters, marketers and senior leadership, the role balances hands‑on design execution with team mentorship.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and present fresh, strategic, and creative ideas during brainstorming sessions and project kick‑offs.
• Lead the artistic vision from concept to execution, ensuring brand consistency across all deliverables.
• Supervise, mentor, and inspire the creative team, fostering a collaborative high‑performance culture.
• Provide constructive feedback to elevate design quality, innovation, and storytelling.
• Manage multiple design projects, meeting deadlines, budgets and strategic goals.
• Create and present mood boards, creative concepts and campaign strategies to clients and internal teams.
• Engage with clients to understand their vision, propose solutions and ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with copywriters, marketing teams and strategists to develop integrated campaigns.
• Maintain consistency in brand identity and visual storytelling across platforms and formats.
• Oversee final creative approvals, ensuring quality control and adherence to brand standards.
• Communicate regularly with the Associate Creative Director and leadership to align on strategy.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies and new design techniques.
• Contribute to pitches and new business development with strong visual narratives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Art & Design or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Art Direction.
• Proven ability to lead creative vision and deliver high‑quality design work.
• Experience mentoring and managing creative teams.
• Strong client‑facing skills and ability to translate briefs into visual solutions.
• Excellent communication with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.
