Art Director

About the role

WonderEight is seeking an Art Director to lead visual design across client projects. You will shape creative concepts, guide a multidisciplinary team, and ensure the delivery of high‑impact visual assets that align with brand strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide artistic leadership and inspire the design team to produce innovative, visually striking solutions.
• Collaborate with clients, account managers, and creative staff to develop concepts for campaigns, graphics, illustrations, layouts, and multimedia elements.
• Oversee the design process from brief to final delivery, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines, quality standards, and project timelines.
• Present design concepts to clients, articulate creative rationale, and incorporate feedback while maintaining strong client relationships.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating with external vendors, photographers, illustrators, and the production team to finalize assets for various platforms.
• Research emerging design trends and technologies to keep the agency’s work fresh and cutting‑edge.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading creative teams in an agency or similar environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual storytelling and brand communication.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present ideas confidently to clients.
• Ability to manage several projects at once while meeting deadlines and budget constraints.
