AI‑Native Software Developer

About the role

We are seeking an AI Software Engineer to create internal, AI‑driven tools that empower our teams. You will build assistants, automations, and applications that streamline workflows, improve project evaluation, and boost overall productivity across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain AI‑powered internal tools such as assistants, content generators, review systems, and workflow automations.
• Integrate large language models (LLMs), vision models, and other AI capabilities using prompt engineering, structured outputs, function calling, and appropriate guardrails.
• Connect internal applications to existing platforms (project‑management, document, storage, databases) via APIs.
• Identify repetitive manual processes and transform them into reliable, automated solutions.
• Iterate continuously based on user feedback and evolving business needs.
• Create clear documentation, implementation guides, and internal knowledge resources.

Required profile

• 1–4 years of software development experience or a strong junior candidate with a portfolio of shipped projects.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js; experience building modern web apps with React or a similar framework.
• Hands‑on experience integrating third‑party APIs (authentication, rate limiting, retries, webhooks, error handling).
• Practical experience using at least one LLM API (e.g., OpenAI GPT, Claude) in professional or personal projects.
• Daily use of AI tools to improve development productivity.
• Strong ownership, problem‑solving ability, and excellent written communication.
