AI Workflow Developer

About the role

This fully remote position turns incoming build requests into connected workflows that run automatically after a trigger, with code added where needed. You use AI tools and check every answer or result before anyone uses or shares it. A technology team lead guides your choices and reviews changes before release. The role pays a monthly base salary of USD 1,210 to 1,460 plus bonus opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Build workflows that run without repeated clicks, using an automation tool such as Zapier to connect tools and actions.
• Organize incoming requests in a work management tool such as Asana, confirm unclear needs and ask colleagues how the work is done today.
• Write and improve prompts for an AI assistant such as Claude, and check every result.
• Write, test and fix code for workflow steps, keeping saved versions in a tool such as GitHub.
• Test complete workflows with sample inputs, missing details and failed connections, trace faults and explain each fix in plain notes.
• Add checks and alerts for stopped workflows or doubtful AI results, and define when the workflow must pause for human review.
• Share each finished workflow with a short guide, watch it after release, resolve reported problems and suggest improvements.
• Judge quality through repeatable results, tested code, useful alerts and clear notes, and confirm the workflow matches the agreed need before release.

Required profile

• Conversational spoken English and clear written English.
• Hands-on experience building real automations or AI workflows; work and personal projects count.
• Ability to turn a written request into clear workflow steps, including expected inputs, outputs and possible failures.
• Ability to read and write simple Python code, test changes and keep saved versions.
• Careful testing habits, including checking every AI answer against the request before using it.
• Clear written updates explaining progress, open questions and fixes.
• Respect for private information, including using approved access and avoiding sensitive details in prompts and shared notes.
