AI Post-Production Specialist

About the role

The AI Post-Production Specialist sits at the intersection of live‑action shoots and AI‑generated assets. You will blend green‑screen footage with AI‑crafted environments, ensuring a seamless, broadcast‑ready final product. This role combines editing expertise with AI artistry to deliver high‑impact campaigns for beauty and FMCG brands.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate AI‑generated backdrops, set extensions and props with live‑action footage using keying, rotoscoping, tracking and colour matching.
• Generate and direct AI imagery and video using Higgsfield and other generative tools, following art‑director mood boards and brand guidelines.
• Utilise AI tools across the post‑production pipeline (ElevenLabs for voice‑over, Suno for music drafts, Topaz for upscaling, ChatGPT/Claude for scripting and Arabic adaptations).
• Edit, sound‑design, colour‑grade and adapt content for multiple formats and markets, including Arabic versions.
• Collaborate with directors, art directors and the post team on set and in the suite to plan what is shot versus AI‑generated.
• Document repeatable AI workflows and test emerging tools while safeguarding brand credibility.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of post‑production experience in commercials or high‑end content.
• Strong eye for light, texture, colour and camera language.
• Calm under tight deadlines, organised and capable of owning a shot from raw footage to delivery.
• Bonus experience in beauty or FMCG, Arabic typography, or basic 3D (Blender, Cinema 4D).

• Prompt engineering for AI image and video generation
• ChatGPT or Claude for scripting and content adaptation
