About the role

GHZ‑Art Gallery LLC is seeking a full‑time, on‑site AI Operations & Art Manager Assistant to support the daily operational and artistic activities of the gallery in Beirut. The role blends administrative coordination with the use of AI‑driven tools to streamline art commissions, cataloguing, and client communications.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating art commissions, scheduling meetings, and managing client inquiries.
• Catalog and maintain records of paintings, sculptures, and digital artworks.
• Utilise AI tools and digital platforms to optimise workflow, marketing content, and client communications.
• Support invoicing, payment tracking, and basic financial reporting.
• Provide on‑site assistance during exhibitions, sales interactions, and gallery events.
• Collaborate closely with the founder, artists, and partners to ensure timely delivery of commissioned pieces.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and customer‑service abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in a professional gallery setting.
• Analytical mindset for data organisation and workflow improvement.
• Basic finance awareness for invoicing and budget tracking.
• Prior experience in an art gallery, creative industry, or related field is preferred.
• Degree or coursework in arts, business, or related disciplines is a plus.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.

Required skills

• Familiarity with AI tools and digital platforms.
• Comfort working with digital art files and gallery management software.
