AI Enablement Consultant (Microsoft Copilot)

About the role

We are looking for an AI Enablement Consultant with deep expertise in Microsoft Copilot to join our consulting practice. In this client‑facing position you will guide mid‑market companies through the full lifecycle of Copilot adoption, from tenant preparation to hands‑on training that drives real productivity gains.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end enablement for clients of 50‑500 employees, ensuring technical readiness and license provisioning.
• Design and deliver rapid upskilling workshops that teach practical Copilot usage within Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Create reusable prompt templates, cheat sheets, and communication kits that clients can deploy independently.
• Collaborate with client IT teams to verify data‑privacy boundaries and tenant configuration.
• Monitor Microsoft 365 Admin Center dashboards to track weekly active usage and identify areas needing additional support.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in IT consulting, software training, or customer success serving mid‑market businesses.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and act as the sole delivery consultant on an account.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with both business leaders and technical staff.
