AI Chatbot Specialist

About the role

FlySquid is looking for an AI Chatbot Specialist to design, build, and maintain AI assistants that operate on WhatsApp, SMS, social DMs and web chat for clinics, hospitals, schools and service businesses. The role is on‑site in Beirut and requires close collaboration with clients to ensure the bots deliver accurate, timely information and drive revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Write, test and iterate system prompts for each client’s AI assistant.
• Construct knowledge bases and FAQ sheets from onboarding forms, websites, price lists and voice notes.
• Encode client‑specific rules such as pricing disclosure, human handover triggers, tone, and escalation paths.
• Develop and troubleshoot CRM automation workflows using platforms like GoHighLevel, n8n, Zapier or Make.
• Systematically debug failures, isolating issues in prompts, knowledge bases or platform integrations.
• Conduct client onboarding, gather missing information, and flag gaps before launch.
• Translate vague client feedback into concrete prompt and knowledge‑base updates.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation per client, including prompt versions, change logs and status reports.

Required profile

• Professional written English and Arabic with the ability to craft bot copy in both languages.
• Proven experience writing prompts for large‑language‑model assistants and understanding why instructions may fail.
• Methodical debugging mindset, changing one variable at a time.
• Strong spreadsheet fluency for managing FAQs, price tables and gap‑tracking workbooks.
• Client‑facing maturity; ability to work with high‑standards professionals such as doctors.

• Full‑time, 40‑hour week with at least 4 overlapping hours with Gulf time.
