AI and Automation Analyst

About the role

The AI and Automation Analyst will help Transmed identify, design, and implement AI and automation solutions that improve business value, operational efficiency, and data‑driven decision‑making. You will work closely with stakeholders to turn business needs into practical, technology‑enabled capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business processes, models and value propositions to pinpoint AI and automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design tailored AI/automation solutions.
• Create technical specifications and architectural designs for AI‑enabled workflows.
• Develop AI algorithms, machine‑learning models and automation scripts.
• Integrate solutions with existing systems, digital platforms and workflows.
• Prepare and pre‑process data for model training, ensuring data quality.
• Test, validate and monitor solutions for accuracy, reliability and compliance.
• Provide training materials and conduct end‑user training.
• Ensure data‑privacy, security and responsible AI practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience with AI, machine‑learning algorithms and automation tools.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., RPA Developer, AI/ML, PMP) are a plus.
• Strong data‑analysis abilities and experience preparing data for AI pipelines.
