Agency Account Manager

About the role

Beyond Ads seeks an experienced and organized Agency Account Manager to lead client relationships, coordinate production logistics, and drive brand strategy across content projects.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the content creation lifecycle, handling deliveries, requests, and revisions.
• Lead brainstorming sessions to align on objectives, brand identity, and content direction.
• Manage model database, coordinate with models, and organize production logistics such as Airbnb rentals, locations, and shoot schedules.
• Monitor scripting, shooting, editing, and final delivery to ensure deadlines are met.
• Identify up‑selling opportunities, handle renewals, and provide regular updates to the marketing manager.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a creative agency.
• Background in marketing and advertising.
• Excellent communication, organization, and client management abilities.
• Ability to coordinate simultaneously with multiple departments.
