Administrative Internship – Clinic Operations

About the role

Build Consultancy Circle is looking for a motivated psychology student to join its operations team. You will support the Operations Manager in keeping the clinics organized and running efficiently, coordinating therapists, clients and internal teams. The role is hybrid, combining on-site clinic visits with remote administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Operations Manager with clinic coordination, organization and quality follow-ups
• Assist with scheduling, therapist updates and internal communication
• Contribute to content validation and maintenance of operational documents
• Help with recruitment assistance and monthly reporting

Required profile

• Psychology student (Bachelor's or Master's level)
• Organized, proactive and detail-oriented
• Proficient in Arabic, English and French
• Able to commute between branches weekly
• Professional, discreet and respectful of confidentiality

Required skills

• Comfortable using Google Sheets, Docs and other digital tools
