Accountant & Cost Controller – Rabieh, Metn

About the role

SUD Restobar, part of Kitchen Management S.A.L., is expanding its finance team in Rabieh, Metn. We are looking for an experienced Accountant and a Cost Controller to support our Food & Beverage operations.

Key responsibilities

• Record and maintain all financial transactions and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
• Prepare periodic financial reports, reconciliations, and support month‑end and year‑end closing.
• Process invoices, payments and receipts while complying with company procedures.
• Assist internal and external audits as required.
• Monitor food, beverage and operational costs, analysing inventory variances.
• Produce cost analysis reports and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Support budgeting, financial planning and accurate product costing.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience (Accountant role) or 3 years in cost control (Cost Controller role).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting and cost management.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to work accurately under deadlines.
• Previous experience in the Food & Beverage sector is preferred for the Cost Controller position.

Required skills

• Proficiency with accounting software.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
