Account Manager

About the role

Madarcomm Creative Hub, a creative agency in Beirut that develops marketing and communication solutions for its clients, is hiring a full-time, on-site Account Manager. The role manages client relationships and ensures successful delivery of projects.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understand their business objectives and turn them into clear briefs for the creative and production teams.
• Coordinate timelines, budgets and resources, monitor project progress and resolve issues proactively to maintain quality.
• Prepare proposals, presentations and reports, support campaign planning and take part in strategic discussions.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to align on goals, messaging and performance expectations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Previous experience in account management, client success or a similar role in advertising, media or creative services is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative setting and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Required skills

• Strong client service and relationship management skills.
• Project management and organisational skills, including handling multiple accounts, timelines and budgets.
• Clear written and spoken English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Understanding of marketing, branding and creative processes.
