About the role

AstroLabs is seeking an Account Manager to own the day‑to‑day client relationship for its HR Advisory service line, focusing on Saudi Arabia labor law and compliance. You will be the first point of contact for HR queries, providing straightforward guidance and collaborating with senior consultants or legal experts when deeper expertise is required.

Key responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of HR Advisory clients across KSA, acting as their primary contact.
• Respond to routine HR queries directly and involve HR Advisory consultants or Legal for complex matters.
• Develop and maintain strong knowledge of Saudi labor law, GOSI, Saudization/Nitaqat, Qiwa, Mudad, leave entitlements, probation, and end‑of‑service benefits.
• Conduct regular account check‑ins, status updates, and create account plans.
• Own renewals and contract continuity for advisory retainers, identifying upsell opportunities.
• Flag account risks, unresolved issues, and delivery delays to internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate account records and query logs in CRM/Notion, tracking response times.
• Contribute to the HR Advisory account management playbook.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in account management, client success, or HR‑facing support within professional services.
• Strong working knowledge of KSA labor law fundamentals and ability to discern when to escalate.
• Comfortable managing end‑to‑end client communication, including acknowledgment, triage, and follow‑up.
