About the role
Talenzia offers a 1‑month online apprenticeship designed for students and recent graduates who want to explore Human Resources. Participants will work alongside experienced HR practitioners and gain hands‑on exposure to core HR functions.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment activities and candidate screening.
- Support onboarding processes for new hires.
- Handle routine HR administration tasks.
- Participate in employee relations and HR compliance activities.
- Contribute to performance management processes.
- Observe and learn real HR processes and professional practices.
Required profile
- Student or recent graduate studying or interested in Human Resources.
- Motivation to learn practical HR skills in a short‑term setting.
- Good communication and basic computer literacy.

- Basic proficiency with standard office software.
