Transaction Services Manager – Financial Due Diligence

About the role

Join PwC’s Financial Due Diligence practice within Deals Transaction Services, helping leading companies maximise value from mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. Based in London, you will work with both buy‑side and sell‑side clients, providing data‑driven insights to support strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse financial and non‑financial business information to identify key drivers and potential deal breakers.
• Prepare comprehensive financial due diligence reports for corporate, banking and private equity clients.
• Collaborate with senior management and business owners to assess historical and projected performance.
• Mentor and develop junior team members throughout the deal process.
• Support business development activities and expand internal and external networks.
• Travel to client sites as required.

Required profile

• Strong business writing and Excel proficiency.
• Excellent analytical and commercial awareness.
• Flexible working style with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive attitude towards self‑development and ability to manage projects.
• Experience in financial due diligence or related advisory work.
