Storekeeper

About the role

The Storekeeper will join Fakhry GC’s Beirut site, overseeing the daily flow of materials and supplies that support the company’s construction projects. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures that all items are received, stored, and dispatched efficiently, maintaining the high standards required for luxury and wellness‑focused builds.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect and verify deliveries against purchase orders, rejecting non‑conforming items.
• Label, organize and store goods under required conditions, ensuring easy retrieval for project teams.
• Maintain accurate warehouse records and update the ERP system with inventory movements.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and periodic controls to reconcile physical stock with system data.
• Coordinate with project management to anticipate material needs and place orders to avoid delivery delays.
• Participate in the inventory control program to identify and resolve discrepancies.

Required profile

• TS3 degree or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar storekeeping or warehouse role.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Experience using an ERP system for warehouse management.
