About the role

We are seeking a creative and results‑driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage and grow the social media presence of multiple clients across diverse industries. The role involves developing tailored content strategies, producing engaging posts, and executing campaigns that align with each client’s brand identity and business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand the social media accounts of several clients.
• Design customized social media strategies based on client objectives and target audiences.
• Create, schedule, and publish content on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X.
• Produce creative posts, stories, reels, and campaigns that reflect each brand’s identity.
• Generate fresh content ideas and campaign concepts, and present them to clients.
• Monitor trends and adjust strategies to keep content relevant and competitive.
• Engage with online communities by responding to comments and messages as needed.
• Track performance metrics, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with designers, photographers, videographers, and the marketing team to deliver high‑quality content.
• Utilize AI tools responsibly to enhance productivity, research, and campaign planning.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media management, preferably in an agency setting or handling multiple brands.
• Strong understanding of major social platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop original content ideas for various industries.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities.
• Ability to manage several client accounts and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
• Analytical skills to interpret performance data and optimise strategies.
