Senior Community Manager – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Community Manager to lead and grow our online student and tutor communities across social platforms. This full‑time remote position will shape the way learners interact with our brand, ensuring a supportive, engaging environment that aligns with our global academic mission.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day community engagement on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other channels.
• Respond to inquiries, moderate discussions, and foster a safe, inclusive space for students and tutors.
• Plan and execute community campaigns, develop content calendars, and collaborate with marketing and operations teams.
• Monitor community metrics, gather feedback, and propose improvements to boost user experience and loyalty.
• Mentor junior community staff, establish best practices, and contribute to global growth strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in online community management and social media moderation.
• Strong communication, conflict‑resolution, and relationship‑building abilities with a student‑centered approach.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced remote setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Education or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
