Salesforce Functional & Technical Consultant (French/English)

About the role

SoftSales Consulting is seeking a bilingual Salesforce Functional & Technical Consultant to join its growing team in Jal El Dib, Lebanon. You will act as the bridge between client business needs and technical Salesforce solutions, ensuring projects deliver real value.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze client needs and translate business requirements into Salesforce designs.
• Design, configure, and customize Salesforce solutions, including Flows, Apex, Lightning components, and integrations.
• Support projects from discovery through deployment, including testing, troubleshooting, and post‑go‑live support.
• Collaborate closely with both business and technical stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure solutions follow best practices and align with client objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Functional, Technical, or Hybrid Consultant.
• Strong understanding of CRM processes and Salesforce architecture.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
