Part-Time Finance Instructor (University Level)

About the role

The Faculty of Economics and Business Administration at Université La Sagesse is seeking qualified part‑time instructors to teach finance courses at undergraduate and graduate levels. The role involves planning, delivering, and assessing courses while supporting student learning.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver assigned finance courses in line with approved syllabi and academic standards.
• Prepare lectures, case studies, assignments, and learning resources that integrate current financial practices and market trends.
• Utilize educational technologies and the learning management system to enhance instruction.
• Design and administer examinations, quizzes, projects, and practical exercises; grade fairly and provide timely feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of grades, attendance, and academic performance.
• Offer academic guidance, supervise projects, and refer students to university support services as needed.
• Participate in departmental meetings, coordinate with colleagues, and contribute to consistent course delivery.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration (Finance concentration) or a related discipline; PhD or DBA is a plus.
• Minimum five years of university‑level teaching experience in finance or related subjects.
• Minimum five years of professional experience in finance, banking, corporate financial management, or related fields.
