Night Auditor – Hotel Front Desk & Finance

About the role

We are looking for a Night Auditor to join Lahoya Hotel Group in Verdun, Lebanon. The role combines front‑desk service with financial reconciliation, ensuring smooth overnight operations and a seamless handover to the morning shift.

Key responsibilities

• Greet late‑night arrivals and early‑morning departures, providing personalized service in line with brand standards.
• Handle check‑ins, room assignments, key‑card encoding and check‑outs using the property management system.
• Manage the telephone switchboard, record wake‑up calls, and process late‑night reservations.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to address overnight guest requests and tickets.
• Perform the nightly audit: balance, verify and reconcile all revenue and departmental transactions.
• Audit guest folios, correct posting errors, settle credit‑card transactions and reconcile cash drawers.
• Generate and distribute daily financial and statistical reports (occupancy, revenue, market segment data).
• Maintain security and surveillance, monitor public areas and log visitor entries.
• Act as the primary on‑property coordinator during emergencies, following established crisis protocols.
• Prepare detailed shift handover logs for the morning team.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of front‑office experience in hospitality, with night‑audit experience preferred.
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Accounting or related field.
• Fluent in English and Arabic; additional language is a plus.
• Strong numerical accuracy, analytical aptitude and ability to work independently through the night.
• Professional grooming and presentation aligned with hotel standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency with hotel Property Management Systems such as Opera PMS or Fidelio.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
