Mid-Senior Warehouse & Logistics Keeper

About the role

Wood & Gas is seeking a highly organized Mid‑Senior Warehouse & Logistics Keeper to join its growing operations team in Zouk Mosbeh. You will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse activities, ensuring accurate inventory management, and coordinating logistics to support sales and procurement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage receiving, storing, and dispatching of inventory on a daily basis.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and generate reports using Microsoft Dynamics.
• Coordinate deliveries, shipments, and transport provider activities.
• Prepare and monitor purchase orders, goods receipts, and stock transfers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, and Operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor stock levels, recommend replenishment, and ensure warehouse cleanliness and safety compliance.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse and logistics operations.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Business Central or Finance & Operations preferred).
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse best practices.
• Excellent organizational, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
