Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to develop and execute a scalable organic growth strategy across all digital platforms. The role will drive audience acquisition, manage multi‑platform content distribution, and align organic efforts with paid campaigns to maximize ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Design and own an end‑to‑end content growth strategy, testing and iterating at high volume.
• Identify trends, platform shifts and growth opportunities to expand reach and impact.
• Lead content ideation, create detailed briefs with hooks, narratives and calls‑to‑action, and provide creative direction.
• Recruit, onboard and manage a network of creators, ensuring consistent, scalable output.
• Design efficient workflows and playbooks to support rapid content production and publishing.
• Oversee content quality, storytelling, pacing and visual standards, optimizing for engagement and conversion.
• Monitor key metrics (reach, engagement, retention, conversions) and continuously refine strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in digital marketing, content strategy or social‑media growth.
• Proven track record of scaling content and delivering measurable results.
• Strong understanding of social‑media platforms, algorithms and current content trends.
• Experience collaborating with creators, agencies or content teams is highly preferred.
