Junior Social Media Manager – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Social Media Manager to join our team remotely. You will support our online presence, create engaging content, and help grow our communities across multiple platforms while working on a schedule that aligns with Lebanon time.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain social media accounts on major platforms.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts.
• Assist in developing content calendars and social media strategies.
• Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement.
• Track performance metrics and prepare basic reports.
• Stay updated on platform trends and algorithm changes.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams on campaigns.
• Ensure consistency in brand voice and visual identity.
• Analyze audience engagement and suggest improvements.

Required profile

• Previous experience in social media management or a related field (preferred).
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently.
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics and scheduling tools.
• Good command of English.
• Resident of Lebanon.
