Graphic Designer – Real Estate

About the role

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer specialized in real‑estate marketing to join our team at vzblt Marketing & Communications. Based on‑site in Jdaidet El Matn, you will produce compelling visual assets that showcase property listings and support our clients’ branding across print and digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design property brochures, flyers, presentations and other marketing collateral.
• Create social‑media graphics, digital ads and branding assets tailored to real‑estate campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and account teams to understand property features, target audiences and brand guidelines.
• Prepare files for both print production and online distribution, ensuring technical accuracy and visual consistency.
• Stay up‑to‑date with design trends in the real‑estate sector and propose fresh visual concepts.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing marketing materials for real‑estate or related industries.
• Strong visual storytelling ability with a keen eye for layout, typography and image selection.
• Excellent time‑management skills and the capacity to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Effective communication in English; additional language skills are a plus.
