Global Payroll Officer

About the role

We are seeking a Global Payroll Officer to join the finance team of CFI Financial Group. The role will manage end‑to‑end payroll processes for employees across multiple international locations, ensuring accurate and timely compensation.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, verify and consolidate salary, overtime, claims and allowance data from relevant departments.
• Prepare and process monthly payroll sheets, calculate bonuses, commissions and other allowances, and schedule bank payments or issue paychecks.
• Maintain up‑to‑date payroll records, track changes in salary or benefits, and generate detailed expense and cost reports per market, entity and department.
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and labor laws, staying informed of regulatory changes.
• Respond to employee payroll queries and collaborate with HR to resolve discrepancies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field.
• 2–4 years of hands‑on payroll processing experience, with a solid accounting background.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with employees and cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in payroll software and systems.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
