Customer Support & Quotation Agent – Airport Transfers

About the role

Allways Transfers is looking for a Customer Support & Quotation Agent to act as the main liaison between travel agencies and its global airport transfer network. You will handle daily client requests, provide accurate rate quotations, and ensure smooth supplier bookings while delivering high‑quality support through email, WhatsApp and phone.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to client inquiries via email, WhatsApp and phone.
• Prepare and send precise quotations using internal rate sheets and supplier tools.
• Follow up on pending quotations and assist agencies in finalising bookings.
• Coordinate with the operations team to confirm availability and secure reservations.
• Resolve client issues, complaints and last‑minute changes efficiently.
• Log all communications and bookings in the CRM system.
• Prioritise incoming RFQs and flag urgent requests.
• Support the operations team with additional supplier communication when needed.

Required profile

• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail, especially with rates and destination information.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and proactive attitude.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including occasional weekends or holidays.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zendesk).
