We are a fast‑growing recruitment‑technology company that helps experienced professionals secure their dream jobs. As a remote Career Coach, you will guide clients through every stage of their job search, from research and CV creation to interview preparation and application tracking.

Key responsibilities

• Research diverse professional fields and produce concise briefs for internal use.
• Conduct comprehensive onboarding sessions to capture each client’s background and career aspirations.
• Identify appropriate job titles and roles aligned with client experience and goals.
• Design and tailor CV structures and content for target positions.
• Develop personalized interview training programs.
• Interview industry recruiters to gather field‑specific insights.
• Create daily job‑application schedules across multiple platforms.
• Monitor application statuses, analyze results, and adjust strategies.
• Address client objections and turn concerns into positive outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruiting, career counseling, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR practices.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, with the ability to switch between languages.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly extroverted, quick‑thinking, and detail‑oriented.
• Passionate about continuous learning and client success.
