Area Hospitality Coordinator (Jounieh)

About the role

The Area Hospitality Coordinator ensures that guests staying in our Jounieh properties enjoy a seamless and memorable experience. Reporting to the regional hospitality team, you will be the main point of contact for guests after check‑in, handling inquiries, feedback and any issues that arise during their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Contact guests shortly after arrival to confirm satisfaction and address immediate needs.
• Serve as the primary liaison for guest complaints, resolving concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain clear communication with guests via phone, email and in‑person interactions.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance and other internal teams to ensure swift issue resolution.
• Collect and analyse guest feedback to identify trends and suggest service improvements.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer‑service orientation with a proactive problem‑solving attitude.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high‑quality guest experiences.
