About the role
CIS Group, an ICT company based in Jal El Dib, is seeking an ambitious Accounts Receivable Officer to join its dynamic finance team. You will be responsible for managing incoming payments, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely payment of invoices.
- Follow up on outstanding receivables and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications.
- Generate aging reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Assist in month‑end closing activities related to receivables.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.
- Review and validate new customer account applications and supporting documents.
- Perform credit checks and assess customer creditworthiness.
- Set up new customer accounts in the system and define appropriate credit limits and payment terms.
- Maintain and update customer master data to ensure completeness.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance.
- More than 4 years of relevant accounts receivable experience.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Fluent in English, French and Arabic.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
