3D Designer – Events & Exhibitions

About the role

Horecons is seeking a talented 3D Designer to create realistic, engaging, and buildable environments for events, exhibitions, and brand activations. You will translate creative briefs into spatial concepts that can be executed on‑site, ensuring they are visually impressive, functional, and budget‑friendly.

Key responsibilities

• Develop 3D concepts for exhibition stands, booths, stages, lounges, and experiential installations.
• Produce high‑quality 3D models, realistic renders, and presentation visuals.
• Integrate branding, graphics, screens, lighting, furniture, AV equipment, and interactive technologies.
• Consider visitor journeys, circulation, visibility, accessibility, and spatial functionality.
• Collaborate with graphic, motion, digital, technical, project, and production teams.
• Prepare accurate dimensions and design information for production.
• Revise designs based on client, production, and technical feedback.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of professional 3D design experience, preferably in events & exhibitions.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating executed event and exhibition projects.
• Excellent spatial and conceptual design capabilities.
• Good understanding of scale, proportion, materials, lighting, and composition.
• Familiarity with fabrication and event production processes.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
