Barista – Full-time (Beirut, Hazmieh)

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Barista to join our boutique coffee and cookie shop in Beirut, Hazmieh. The successful candidate will craft high-quality specialty coffees, support food preparation, and help create a warm, inviting atmosphere for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of espresso-based drinks and specialty beverages to exacting standards.
• Assist with the preparation of baked goods and other menu items.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work station and customer area.
• Deliver friendly, attentive service and address customer inquiries promptly.
• Support daily operational tasks such as stock replenishment and cash handling.

Required profile

• Proven barista experience with a focus on specialty coffee.
• Strong customer-service orientation and clear communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to upholding quality standards.
• Previous café or hospitality experience is a plus.
