Transfer Operations Agent

About the role

All-Ways Transfers is seeking a Transfer Operations Agent to join its Operations team. The role is hands‑on and focuses on managing daily transfer quotations, bookings, supplier communication and agency support under the supervision of the Operations Supervisor. It is ideal for candidates with experience in travel, tourism, reservations or customer service who thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle transfer quotation requests from travel agencies and clients, searching for suitable options and rates.
• Create, modify and follow up transfer bookings, confirming vehicles, pickup times and meeting points.
• Communicate with local and international transportation suppliers and follow up pending confirmations.
• Support travel agencies via WhatsApp, email and internal systems, and coordinate last‑minute bookings and operational changes.
• Assist with operational issues such as flight changes, delays, driver coordination and booking amendments, escalating critical problems to the supervisor.
• Maintain accurate booking information and internal operational records, and coordinate shift handovers with team members.

Required profile

• Organized, detail‑oriented and able to manage several requests simultaneously.
• Fast and accurate when handling quotations, with strong follow‑up skills.
• Solution‑oriented, comfortable working under pressure during busy travel periods.
• Good communication skills in English and Arabic, and comfortable using WhatsApp and email.
• Team player who can report to a supervisor and work flexible AM‑PM shifts.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using online booking systems.
