Telesales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Telesales Representative to join our team in Zalqa. You will be the voice of GSM Facility Services, promoting our security, cleaning, and pest‑control solutions to both new prospects and existing clients.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to present service packages and identify customer needs.
• Handle inbound inquiries, follow up on leads, and schedule meetings or site visits for field teams.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and prepare basic quotations.
• Support campaign‑specific call activities and collaborate with sales and operations to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Achieve daily call and sales targets while providing customer feedback for service improvement.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product offerings and industry standards.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills for clear, professional phone interactions.
• Customer service orientation with the ability to resolve inquiries promptly.
• Sales aptitude to persuade, convert leads, and meet targets.
• Quick learner who can follow scripts and guidelines effectively.
• Previous experience in telesales, call centres, or customer‑facing roles is highly beneficial.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, basic data entry, and call‑tracking systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work on‑site in Zalqa, manage time efficiently, and handle high call volumes.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or marketing is a plus.
