Technical Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our team, delivering software installation, client training and ongoing technical assistance to our customers. The role involves ensuring smooth implementation of our solutions and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Execute seamless software installations and ensure effective implementation of solutions.
• Conduct comprehensive training sessions for clients, covering basic to advanced functionalities.
• Collaborate directly with customers to promptly resolve a wide range of technical support issues.
• Proactively identify and resolve known technical issues, implementing preventive measures.
• Identify and handle challenges during implementation, working with cross‑functional teams to find innovative solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Computer, or MIS.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience, including internships or projects.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to continuous learning.
• Residence in Burj Hamoud area or surroundings preferred.
• Previous experience in the jewelry industry (sales or management) is a significant plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SQL Server databases.
• Ability to perform software installations and configure solutions.
