SuccessFactors Consultant Team Lead

About the role

Müller's Solutions is looking for an experienced SuccessFactors Consultant Team Lead to drive the delivery of high‑quality SuccessFactors implementations for our global clients. In this role you will lead project teams, guide solution design, and ensure successful outcomes that meet client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage end‑to‑end SuccessFactors implementation projects, ensuring milestones and deliverables are achieved.
• Provide mentorship, training, and development support to consulting team members.
• Collaborate with clients to capture business requirements and translate them into effective SuccessFactors solutions.
• Oversee configuration, customization, and integration of SuccessFactors modules to align with client needs.
• Coordinate with project managers, functional consultants, and technical teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Offer ongoing support and issue resolution for deployed SuccessFactors solutions.
• Stay current with SuccessFactors product updates and share knowledge to foster continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 6‑8 years of hands‑on experience implementing SuccessFactors projects.
• Proven experience leading or managing a team of consultants.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Relevant SuccessFactors certifications are highly desirable.
