Strategy Consultant – MENA (Associate/Senior)

About the role

EY Parthenon Strategy is expanding its Corporate Strategy Consulting team in the MENA region and seeks seasoned strategy professionals at associate and senior levels. The role involves delivering high‑impact projects for global corporates, governments, family conglomerates and sovereign wealth funds, working directly with C‑suite executives.

Key responsibilities

• Translate client needs into project tasks and deliverables, defining objectives and scope in collaboration with senior consultants.
• Develop and execute long‑term strategy roadmaps, growth strategies, market entry and expansion plans, go‑to‑market approaches, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Conduct commercial due diligence, greenfield project assessments, and transaction reviews.
• Analyze large volumes of qualitative and quantitative data to produce realistic plans, goals and actionable recommendations.
• Mentor and guide junior team members across diverse skill sets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business and/or an MBA from a top‑ranking school with outstanding academic performance.
• 1 to 4 years of strategy consulting experience, preferably with exposure to mobility & transport, logistics, SEZ, automotive, transit authority, 3PL, city transport modelling, ride‑hailing or related sectors, as well as FDI and investment attraction.
• Proven ability to assess industries, products, markets, competitors and customers to identify risks and opportunities.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken, in a professional environment.
