Showroom Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an organized and proactive Showroom Coordinator to manage daily administration, client interactions, and social media content for our showroom in Ashrafieh. The role blends client coordination, document handling, and digital marketing to ensure a smooth and engaging customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate client meetings, prepare materials, take notes, and follow up on actions.
• Maintain digital and physical files, including client records, quotations, invoices, and business documents.
• Prepare quotations and invoices, update tracking sheets, and assist with payment follow‑ups.
• Track client inquiries, orders, and pending requests to ensure timely responses.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams on order updates, deliveries, and appointments.
• Support daily showroom administration and keep tasks and deadlines organized.
• Maintain a library of product images, specifications, and marketing materials.
• Schedule, publish, and monitor content on Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook, responding to messages and comments.
• Capture and edit simple showroom photos, videos, stories, and reels.
• Liaise with the marketing team on content calendars, provide materials, and follow up on approvals.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of administrative or coordination experience in a corporate environment.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Professional demeanor when interacting with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and handle confidential information.
• Interest in interiors, design, and craftsmanship is a plus.
