About the role
Namou Properties is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Agent to lead client engagement, drive high‑value property sales, and mentor team members while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Drive high‑value revenue targets and improve conversion through strategic lead management.
- Handle complex negotiations and close high‑value property transactions.
- Review lead quality and provide feedback on chatbot and CRM‑generated inquiries.
Required profile
- 2–3 years of experience in a senior or high‑performing sales role, preferably in real estate.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent spoken and written English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
- Comfortable working remotely and self‑motivated to achieve goals.
