Senior Project Manager

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will lead complex projects from initiation to delivery within MIC’s dynamic coworking environment. Based in Jdaidet El Matn, the role combines on‑site presence with remote collaboration to ensure projects meet scope, timeline and budget expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives and detailed plans, establishing realistic timelines.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, allocate resources and monitor budgets throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate regularly with community partners, clients and internal stakeholders, providing status updates and reports.
• Identify and manage risks, implement mitigation strategies and drive continuous improvement of operational practices.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings and reviews to ensure alignment and stakeholder satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven project management expertise, including planning, execution, risk management and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience leading multi‑stakeholder projects in fast‑paced or entrepreneurial settings.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities with a collaborative leadership style.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup, balancing on‑site presence in Jdaidet El Matn with remote collaboration.
