Senior Performance Marketer / Media Buyer

About the role

The client is a performance‑driven digital marketing agency that helps construction and local service contractors generate high‑quality leads through Facebook advertising. They are seeking a senior performance marketer who can independently own the full lifecycle of paid campaigns and deliver measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimise Facebook ad campaigns focused on lead generation for contractors such as roofers, flooring and painting businesses.
• Build, manage and troubleshoot landing pages, automated lead‑nurturing workflows and CRM structures within GoHighLevel.
• Create and refresh ad creatives by repurposing client videos and photos using Canva, AI video/voiceover tools (e.g., Sora) and standard editing software.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse data dips, run A/B tests and adjust strategies without supervision.
• Collaborate daily with the internal Customer Success Manager to align on lead quality, content needs and performance targets.

Required profile

• Proven track record of generating ROI‑positive leads for local service contractors through paid media.
• Deep expertise with GoHighLevel – able to build funnels, automations and resolve CRM issues independently.
• Hands‑on experience in the construction or related service sectors (roofing, concrete, flooring, painting).
• Proactive problem‑solver who identifies and fixes under‑performing ads or broken workflows before being asked.
• Commitment to honesty and exclusivity – no multiple employments or misrepresented experience.
