Senior Performance Executive – Paid Search & App Acquisition

About the role

The Senior Executive – Performance will lead the execution, optimisation and reporting of paid search and app acquisition campaigns across Google Ads and mobile measurement platforms. You will focus on driving app installs, in‑app conversions, lead generation and overall customer acquisition through data‑driven strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Execute, monitor and optimise Paid Search campaigns on Google Ads, including Search, Performance Max, App Campaigns (UAC) and YouTube.
• Set up, QA, allocate budgets, create audiences, manage bidding strategies and implement UTM parameters.
• Manage app acquisition campaigns, work with Mobile Measurement Partners (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, Singular) to validate attribution and troubleshoot discrepancies.
• Analyse performance data, conduct keyword optimisation, bid adjustments, audience refinement and creative testing.
• Build and present performance reports using Excel, GA4, Looker Studio and platform reporting tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams and maintain relationships with Google and MMP representatives.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of hands‑on experience managing Paid Search and App Campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Highly organised and detail‑oriented.
