Senior .NET Developer – Applications Development (Digital Transformation)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior .NET Developer to lead the modernization of our enterprise software portfolio. The role focuses on designing, developing, and enhancing business modules using Windows Forms and Blazor technologies within a Digital Transformation department.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute migration strategies for platforms and data while preserving integrity.
• Architect scalable solutions using enterprise frameworks such as DevExpress XAF, Infragistics, Telerik, or similar.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain modules to improve functionality and performance.
• Write clean, maintainable C# code following best practices, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
• Integrate new components with legacy systems and implement comprehensive testing.
• Mentor junior developers and collaborate with QA, Business Analysts, and DevOps teams.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in both legacy and modern systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expert proficiency in C# and .NET Framework 4.7+ / .NET Core.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Blazor (Server‑side or WebAssembly).
• Proven experience with enterprise .NET UI frameworks (DevExpress, Infragistics, Telerik, Syncfusion, etc.).
• Strong understanding of database design and optimization with SQL Server and Entity Framework.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
