Senior Manager HR Business Partner

About the role

Deloitte is seeking a Senior Manager HR Business Partner to act as a trusted advisor to Partners, Directors and senior leaders. You will translate business priorities into people strategies, support talent decisions and enhance the overall employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑of‑year performance cycles, ensuring quality, consistency and adherence to timelines.
• Manage promotion, salary review and bonus processes, guaranteeing fairness and internal equity.
• Handle complex employee‑relations cases, investigations, disciplinary matters and grievances with discretion.
• Facilitate talent reviews, succession planning and identification of high‑potential talent.
• Provide people analytics dashboards covering performance distribution, attrition, ER trends and diversity metrics.
• Support wellbeing, inclusion and culture initiatives aligned with firm priorities.

Required profile

• Senior‑level HR professional with extensive experience in performance management, promotions, compensation and employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of labour law and ability to ensure compliance with internal policies.
• Proven capability to coach leaders on performance, engagement and change management.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience using people metrics to influence decisions.
